No engine run is attached to any row. The
only simulation runs on disk target the September 2026 meeting, which has not
happened, has no minutes and therefore has no row here (2026-09: 4 runs on disk). The engine
has never been scored against a meeting that has already taken place; the
first scoring point is 16 September 2026. The street windows are empty
before 2025 for the same kind of reason: the digest view has a
2025-01-01 floor, so every 2023 and 2024 meeting carries no calls at all.
